Pillow Pals were first seen in the 1995 catalog. Though on December 12, 1999 Ty retired the line of Pillow Pals and people thought they were done for, but on January 4, 2000 Ty introduced a new line called Baby Ty. When they were introduced they still sported the Pillow Pal hang tag, so people weren't exactly sure if they had died out till Ty switched the hang tags over to saying Baby Ty. So as of today, Baby Ty lives and Pillow Pals are something of the past. Ty doesn't have a Pillow Pal section on his site and most people forget about these cute child's toys, but I combined them with their children as shown below. There are currently 28 Current Baby Ty and 115 Retired Baby Ty/Pillow Pals. That's a total of 143 Baby Ty and Pillow Pals! There have been no Ty Store or Exclusive Baby Ty or Pillow Pals. Below is the list of all the Baby Ty and Pillow Pals plus a picture of each. I also am including a value of each. I give an eBay value, which is an average of all eBay prices and my own personal value of each Baby Ty and Attic. In the lists below, I am not selling these Ty Products for the listed prices, I am just listing the eBay value and my personal value of each plush toy. The price for each one is the price it would be if the product had its hang and tush tag. If it does not have a hang or tush tag, the value of this product goes down. Also, if the product has an earlier generation hang tag, the value will go up. Some of the earlier Baby Ty are holding values around $30-$40 and some of the older Pillow Pals are climbing to above $15!
